OneCompany Directory Publisher's Description

OneCompany Directory is a custom application designed to supplement the PalmOS Address Book.

For large companies, it may not be practical to add everyone to your address book, yet it is essential to have that information available. This is the solution!

Directory can be fully customized by us to meet your needs. Some example features include:
  • Complete search based on first name (or part of name)
  • Complete search based on last name (or part of name)
  • Find all employees in a certain office
  • Get detailed office information (main phone, fax, address, etc.)
  • Office information is linked to each employee
  • Search all employees to find those who have a birthday today

    Version 1.2.1 stops the verbose logging that was occuring during synchronization.

    Version 1.2 now has the following advanced features:
  • Sort the employee database by First Name
  • Sort the employee database by Last Name
  • Incorporate Home information for all contacts
  • Includes a Windows Utility to help create, edit, and distribute your OneCompany Database.
  • You can now Synchronize your Palm Database with an updated CSV file, which protects you from loosing information you entered on your handheld that is not on the company directory.
